Worst experience from a reputed organization.I had called them around 3 pm to enquire about flu vaccine for my child, and I was told to visit between 4pm ad 10 pm, so that the vaccine can be provided in the presence of a pediatrician. However, when I reached the clinic at around 5:30 pm, the security guard says, no vaccine post 5 pm, its from 9 AM to 5 PM. I said no, when I called earlier I was told its available. Then after an argument, he gives a token for the reception. When I finally get called to the reception, the gentleman there is awfully rude and says no vaccine, whereas his colleague sitting next to him had confirmed that it is available. Then hes hesitant to create a profile for my child as it was our first time and his excuse is that there are many patients waiting. I shouted at him saying is this the way yall treat your customers here? Then he sends me to the nurse because I got a token for the consultation, from there the nurse guided us and gave us the vaccine. Terrible experience, the departments are not in coordination with the internal discussions, or maybe they are not aware of what is happening in front of their eyes. Wouldnt recommend going there to anyone.

I would like to appreciate Avinash from Silicon Oasis branch, he’s very informative & dedicated towards he’s clients.The way he served was tremendous, I would like to elaborate my concern in regards to my service so health hub management must be aware of the facility which is been provided to their visitors.Customer service is pathetic after my visit to silicon oasis center I called customer care to know whether I can visit Karama branch to give samples as silicon oasis center would be far from me.I was informed by nurse in oasis that I can visit any center to give my samples but agent was clueless about center timings and procedure, he just waited 17 mins on call to know what my query is. After wait of 24 hours and there was no update I called again the contact center to know the procedure another call center rep said will arrange a call from silicon oasis center. After which I received a call from Avinash, he coordinated with Karama branch and explained the procedure to me. I had to wait for my reports almost for 1 & half weeks Avinash called to take an update. He made sure that I receive my report, same day I received my report and he arranged a call from call center so I can speak to Doctor. Even Dr. Preeti from Silicon Oasis been very helpful without my visit she asked to get teleconsultant which I had to do through call center, rep arranged the call but it wasn’t executed but Avinash arranged a call from the doctor both the times and due to Dr. Preeti assistance I will receive my medicines today. From this struggle of 3 weeks, I realised call center have no clue of procedure and how to service the patient here they’re patience less and zero information. Karama center front desk should be more proactive and shall not waste patient time also whatever is internal billing issue it should be sorted internal which should not bugged the patient. A Big Thanks to Avinash for he’s help and he’s multiple follow ups, I believe he has vast knowledge of handling the patient and very proactive, he’s been on top of this issue to resolve it though it took longer from the management end. He made so many calls in these days to get my work done, really a champ who deserves a pat on the back. Thanks a lot to Dr. Preeti for her cooperation and help whenever I required. She very helpful & informative. Health hub ambience is amazing but the way security guard welcomes you as if all the visitors are Covid affected they’re really very rude and front desk of all the branches are pathetic, they pretend to be very busy and unhear the concerns I visited 3 branches, Festival City, Karama & Silicon Oasis and all centers front desk representatives are same. Kindly work on it, patients visit there for availing facility when they’re unwell, we don’t come there for entertainment so please show some cooperation.

Reached at 6.15pm for my 9 months old baby consultation, left the clinic after 3 1/2 hours. Worst experience ever.If your jobless and want to spend time in the clinic better visit. This will be my first and last visit to this clinic

The girl on the reception was more than unprofessional with the behavior! She told me to go inside the labor, to get my blood test done, another patient kept on coming inside my room and tried to get me out. Then I went to the reception to ask what’s happening, she started being rude that I have to wait and attacked me. I told her I don’t mind waiting but don’t send me then inside the room if there is anybody else waiting. She spoke to me in a very loud voice so everybody could see and hear, think this is the first time that I write something like this but i felt very uncomfortable! The company should check how the staff is treating the client.

One of the best medical providers in Dubai. The most important is that the customer service was absolutely amazing. Christina went above and beyond to find out what’s the best possible options for my situation and organized everything between the insurer and the doctors. Please hire more people like Christina. I really recommend that place.

This review is specifically about my doctor (Dr.Deepak orthopedic) and therapist (Mrs Hadel). My personal experience with my doctor and therapist was very pleasant.

Going to a clinic in UAE has always been a haunting experience. However my perception is been changed by the DSO Health Hub. Firstly haven’t ever come across a Doctor like Dr. Deepak Nayak. 10/10 rating goes to him. No guesses to find his appointments fully booked. An amazing orthopedic who will actually help you over come your aches and pain through a diet. Dr. Hadel Redwan, Physiotherapist who treated my upper shoulder and back muscleSpasm with literally pressing the trigger points with her fingers. She has almost helped me get complete relief from the pain i had in my back. I am glad that finally I have come across a team of doctors who are trust worthy.

Very dissapointed i call the call center to asknif health hub has a cardiologist they say yes its walk in when i arrive at health hub silicon oasis. they say its the last day of the cardiologist with the company and they dont have any other available.i mean only 1 cardiologist in entire Health HibAnd i waited for 1 hr and after that they inform they dont have a cardiologist

Very unprofessional handling over my daughters urine result. I was told she had blood in her urine and upon further questioning the doctor started chuckling in her response towards me. But obviously finding out that a four year old has blood in her urine is extremely worrying as a parent. Then the doctor proceeded to scold me and say why are you talking to me like this, I am a doctor, what gives you the right to speak to me this way. Utterly appalling customer service, rude, degrading and disrespectful towards a scared parent.

2star is for hospital ambiance, reached hospital at 2:20 for pediatric consultation, there are only 10 patients before me, it is 5PM now still in hospital. Worst experience, holding 2kids is too much difficult for this much time.

Dr. Nilay has been the pediatric consultant for our son since his birth and we are extremely satisfied with his diagnosis skills and consultation. We never had to think of taking a second opinion. Highly recommended.

I had an unpleasant experience with a Dr. P.S (in obstetrics) & the whole branch/administration.1. My wife underwent a particular procedure, but we got billed for a different one (similar but not same).2. Upon asking the Reception & Nurse, we were told that the procedure was billed correctly, thats what the doctor did. (PS: I was in the room when the procedure was done)3. I was okay with the result medically, but however the dishonesty in billing irked us.4. I followed up officially with their Call Center over phone & email for 2 days.5. Met the doctor again to clarify & was lied that the procedure was done as per our request (that we opted for a diff procedure), but still this does not justify billing for a different procedure, also the reports heading matched the bill but not the actual procedure.I would like to THANK the Clinic manager Mr. Nithin to finally step in and take responsibility after 4 days, he has sent me the corrected report & informed about revising the bill as well.Lesson;If you see any discrepancy in procedure/billing do not leave until its sorted. :)Good Luck!

Dr. Hadel from the physiotherapy department was so so helpful and professional; under her care I was able to recover more quickly and get back to my work and daily activities faster than expected. She definitely knows what she’s doing and the results are a blessing.

Dr. Olava has a solid medical background and he is our preferred family medicine doctor. Additionally, he is detail oriented with competent field of expertise. I highly recommend to set out physiotherapy department within Silicon Oasis branch. We need to drive all the way to International City branch to attend the sessions. I have very bad back pain 10 years ago, Doctors recommended physiotherapy sessions and I received many sessions with no results even they recommended for surgery But with Dr Hadel i feel less pain from the first session with full pain free after 5 sessions onlyHighly recommend to do physiotherapy sessions with Dr HadelThank you doctor and hope all the best for you

Find an alternative for Covid testing if you want Government suggested prices and reasonable service.HealthHub Silicon Oasis service and speed are non existent and the cost is still AED 249 per test compared with other clinics in the market at AED 149.I would at least expect service to be exceptional at the price.

Highly recommend - Dr. Agzin Abdul Assiz.Never thought Id ever be recommending a doctor. But this is something that I just have to do since this doctor has had a huge impact on my life.Besides making me feel the most calm and comfortable Ive ever been talking to a doctor, she has also made me give up smoking (no baby steps or anything, cold turkey quit).How did she do that? She spoke to me like a friend and said so many things that really touched me. Shes amazing at what she does, has a way of making you want to change your lifestyle for the better.One of the things she said was Youll walk out of here as a different person. Quit now. Went here for PCR for my parents, calling it a Drive through but no such experience as drive through, you have to fill forms at reception even of you have pre registered, On the website there is no break timings, whereas when i reached the staff for PCR wanted to take a break until 2 pm. Better to take drive through for PCR at some other location i guess

It was a great experience knowing that it was my first time taking the PCR test. On getting to the venue, we saw a lot of cars waiting to be tested and in our mind we assumed wed be spending the entire day but surprisingly it was fast and in no time we were done. All thanks to the health teams and special thanks to Michael for providing sufficient information on arrival.

Went on a Wednesday, arrived 5 minutes before they opened without an appointment. Was the 2nd car in the line. Went in to ask some questions, Nouf was very helpful and friendly answering all my questions. They started taking information and payments right on time (opening time 9am). They started doing the tests at 9:10am, there were around 11 cars in line at the time. I was done by 9:12am. All in all very efficient process.

Had a smooth process registering with the help of Michael. I spent less than my estimate time. Good customer service I must say. Keep it up Michael.

Too much of waiting time even if there is no one in the clinic.

Our Dr.Nilay is amazing but the management of the clinic is terrible, very unprofessional in managing the time. They make you wait for long even if you have a confirmed appointment. They don’t care if it is Covid times or not, they won’t change. Dozens of customers wait at the waiting hall. No proper Covid discipline. Someone just fine them already please.

I visited HealthHub DSO on an early morning for a drive through PCR and the staff was extremely kind even though I was way earlier than their working hours. They are helpful, courteous and professional. Nurse Joyce and the lady at the registration desk were very attentive and kind.

I visited the clinic with slight emergency request to do the X-ray for my son, I had a good experience from the first call - the lady from the reception was so kind and she let me to calm down since I was a bit worried about my kid. I needed a PCR test. I didn’t have an appointment, but just turned up and got one done on the spot. Only took about 10 mins. 135 AED and result emailed to me 12 hrs later. Friendly and efficient service. 5/5 ✅

Had to wait a good 40 minutes in the car to be attended to, for Aed135 , it’s not worth the money and time spent.

Came to visit the clinic after I twisted my ankle because the clinic is next to apartment.I could say waiting period can be better however lovely waiting area.Doctor Basim was really good, understanding and friendly.Every thing went smooth but the clinic have issue with the sick leave license and cant issue sick leave at the moment. The doctor explained the issue well.But Im rating 3 stars only because one of the girls on the counters was being aggressive with me when I was asking about the sick leave issue..

The worst clinic for the response rate. I was asked to call the doctor when she reaches clinic and when I did they said they would request her to call back. It has been 2 days and no calls yet. I had called for emergency as I was in pain. Never going back to them. Shouldnt be in patient care business if you dont know how to take care of patients. Another incident, was called at 3pm for ultra sound and they took me in at 4 pm. No value for time. Very commercial. Even after my gynec doing a a scan they referred me to an ultrasound just to get extra money. Very poor coordination among the staffs. 10 calls for one appointment when they cannot keep up with the time given.

Health Hub DSO use to be my best choice, but something has been changed recently. Earlier there was a flawless operation from reception to AR to consultation and finally to pay in reception. However there is now extensive delays in all these areas and I faced this more than couple of times in here. So my suggestion to DSO admins would be to look into your process and streamline.

Nouf alphons and Michael super nice and friendly.They do everything to make the nervous PCR test process as smooth as possible.

The best customer services they have like Rudo ,, jan ,,, Ardy ,,, Maricel ,,, all of them are very good for handling customers 👍👍👍

The process at reception is so slow. You need to wait for atleast 15 mins before your number is called even ghough you would have just 1-2 person before you. The process is much faster at other clinics.The only reason I would visit is because of the doctors.

I am using the drive-through Covid-19 testing for travelling purposes and I have visited this clinic 4-5 times already in the past 45 days. In a few words: great service, great team, Rachel has the smoothest hands in the world :) you can barely feel the swab. Another point is the app that works great and of course the call center that is super helpful in case you need support. Great work team, thank you for taking care of us!

The drive through covid test here is just a waste of time, petrol, idling. My parents left home and reached there first at 7:15AM to be the first and the place opens at 8 am, they gave the papers to fill the formalities at 8:30am. Remember my parents are waiting first in line.. At around 9:15 they get the swab test.. This place starts the day with a 1 hour delay!! Got nothing better to do, best place to make the most of it.

I have been to this location 3 times in the last few weeks as I travel a lot. All my experiences have been very pleasant, however, my experience yesterday was even more pleasant. A friend of mine needed a PCR and when we arrived we were borderline late. After explaining to the young lady who was handing out forms and coordinating the line that we had a flight the next day, she politely explained to us the situation and that we are late. However, it did not take her a few seconds to run back inside to get us a form to fill out and get in line. She was extremely professional, courteous, polite and friendly. Unfortunately was unable to get her name. I asked the tester about the name of the young attendant who helped us. I was told her name is Noof. Hopefully I got the name and spelling right, but if I did not, she was the young Emirati lady who was working on 3 March around 1 PM. I want to thank her and give her kudos for her extremely positive attitude. Thank you Noof.

Testing at this clinic have been the easiest I have done since covid started smooth and easy, I came 3days prior to the test today just to ask for some information getting to the clinic it was quiet busy and too much patients trooping in and out but luckily for my I was able to get the attention of Michael despite his work load with the patients he was so helpful and professional.
